Chocolate Plucked.

There are so many snazzy ways to decorate with chocolate, embellishing with a chocolate feather is just one of them.

Fling some chocolate feathers on a cake to sass it up. Weave them into a chocolate bow, or use as an elegant dessert garnish.

When I saw this tutorial on how to make a chocolate feather decoration, I got a little excited. Because I love birds … and I REALLY love feathers.

This is fun idea, too bad I didn’t think of it first, but I didn’t. Thank-you  Ann Reardon from How to Cook That. Who by the way, makes this video tutorial even more enchanting with her groovy (Australian?) accent. I haven’t tried this technique yet, I’m just sharing the awesome tutorial for YOU to try, and as a reminder for me to try  in the future.

Give it a go, and I would love to hear back about what you think!

And when it’s all said and done, you’ll have yet another chocolate feather, to add to your chocolate cap.

Until next time,

Peace, Love, Chocolate,

The Chocolate
