I’m so excited to show you the first video preview of the new online chocolate decorating tutorial project I’m working on, with pastry chef and chocolate artist Robin Robins.
Robin and I hooked up last year while I was filming a video promo for my friends over at ChocoTransferSheets.com, for a tutorial introducing their new line of colored cocoa butter.

After filming the promo, we decided we wanted to collaborate on some chocolate tutorials. In January we filmed “Chocolate Flowers and Leaves”.
For those who don’t know, videography is my “real” profession, so for all of the tutorials I’m behind the camera, while Robin demonstrates her expert chocolate skills. I’m in the process of editing now, and we hope to have the first tutorials ready for you in May!
